Medical providers constantly have to find new vendors
Certain government regulated sectors, such as Nursing Homes, Congregate Care and Hospice facilities are mandated to tests their staff and residents/patients a minimum on once per month, but many of them struggle to maintain the necessary supply chain of testing kits.
Expired and Fake (Non-FDA Emergency Use Authorized) tests are all throughout the market
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has issued an emergency temporary standard (ETS) for employers with 100 employees or more for mandatory vaccination or regular COVID-19 testing. There is uncertainty with the ETS and the long term implications of this mandate.
